Istrian Malvasia

An autochthonous grape variety of Croatian Istrian.
The Istrian Malvasia wine is a medium-strong wine with moderate acids. The specific aromas of the variety are reminiscent of the acacia flower with chamomile flower notes. On the palate it develops fruity aromas, apples and apricots are expressed. The wine is light, drinkable and fresh. The colour is light yellow with mild greenish reflections.

It is best served with white fish, seafood or with rice or pasta with light sauces (such as asparagus, mushrooms, etc.). It combines well with white meat of main dishes.

Serving temperature: 8–10 °C.
