Medovača

Honey liqueur.
A traditional Istrian drink. It is obtained by the cold mixing technology of Croatian quality honey with Istrian grape pomace brandy, whereby the honey retains its natural properties.

Medovaca is characterized by a large share of honey within the brandy, without any sugar added. It is of golden-yellow color, characterized by its profound honey fragrance and of specific natural taste. The liqueur has always been offered as a welcoming-drink, as an aperitif but also as a digestive.

It is best consumed near its freezing point or served in an iced glass.

Ingredients: softened water, honey, double distilled grape pomace brandy.

Alcohol: 25.0 % Vol.
