Pelinkovac barrique

Bitter herbal liqueur produced by maceration of three types of wormwood/absinthe (Artemisia absinthium L.) and Istrian grape pomace brandy in oak barrels.
The technological process begins with the aromatization of the brandy with the macerate of wormwood in oak barrels with a volume of 250 liters. The characteristically brown colour is obtained by adding a certain amount of caramelized sugar.

Pelinkovac Barrique San Mauro is a blend of a refreshingly-bitterish flavor with a dominant taste of vanilla from the wood with notes of tobacco and chocolate.

It can be used as an aperitif, digestive or a welcome drink. It is recommended to serve it chilled without ice.

Ingredients: softened water, distillate of agricultural origin, macerate of herbs, sugar, color (natural colour) E-150a.

Alcohol: 32% Vol.
