Bitter herbal liqueur produced by maceration of three types of wormwood/absinthe (Artemisia absinthium L.) in Istrian grape pomace brandy.
A mix of bitterness and a slightly sweet taste is the characteristic of this liqueur.

The technological process begins with the aromatization of the brandy by maceration of wormwood and a few other aromatic herbs. The characteristically brown colour is obtained by adding a certain amount of caramelized sugar. Refreshingly-bitterish flavor with a nasal note of the wormwood plant.

It can be used as an aperitif, a digestive or a welcome drink in combination with wines, lime or mineral water. We recommend to serve it chilled or with an ice cube.

Ingredients: softened water, distillate of agricultural origin, macerated herbs, sugar, colour (natural color) E-150a.

Alcohol: 27% Vol.
