Strong alcoholic beverage.
A pure pomace brandy won directly from the pomace of Istrian grape varieties. The whole production process of this finest brandy begins by leaving the pomace to ferment, which iniciates the process of alcohol fermentation. Following the fermentation, which typically takes up to two weeks, careful distillation begins. It is traditionally produced in small copper stills of up to 200 liters capacity which gives the brandy a special and specific flavor.

The final stage of obtaining this quality brandy is the ripening which takes place within a period of two months prior to the bottling.  This contributes to rounding up all the aromas in order to get a brandy of high purity like a pearl, hence the name Perla – Pearl.

We recommend serving it chilled.

Ingredients: double distilled grape pomace brandy, softened water.

Alcohol: 40.5% Vol.
